CAPITAL AREA COUNSELING

Capital Area Counseling (CAC) is a non-profit organization that offers income-based (household size considered) counseling to all Texas Residents and also works with several other community programs to reduce financial barriers to Mental Healthcare. CAC utilizes both pre-grad master's-level student counselors and post-grad volunteer counselors. They provide both individual and family therapy. AUSTIN MINDFULNESS CENTER

Austin Mindfulness Center (AMC) is a locally-owned and operated therapy group committed to offering mindfulness-based therapy and education. They offer individual, couples, and child and teen therapy. AMC accepts various types of insurance and offers reduced rates to make services accessible.
